Bunny Hop is a vegan friendly hazy beer, full of inspiration, brewed in tribute to the rabbits that nearly knocked our founder Paul off his bike leading to the discovery of our home, Spernall Farm, where the Purity story began.

On cask at the Haymarket. Appearance - hazy pale and golden. Nice fluffy head. Nose - stewed apple and gooseberry. Greengage maybe. Taste - more of the greengage. Gooseberry skims bitterness. Palate - light bodied with a creamy texture and a long bitter finish. Overall - yeah was in the mood for this kind of berr.

Third, cask at Purecraft Bar and Kitchen. Filmy layer, clear, warm golden body, spotty lacing. Dough fruity nose. Mid-sweet fruity hops added by grainy malts. Distant bitter end. Easy to drink. Just okay. (Birmingham 06.07.2018).

On cask at PureCraft, pours a clear pale golden with a medium white head. Aroma reveals subtle citrus and floral hopping upfront, with light English biscuity malt. Flavour is similar, with subdued citrusy and vegetal hops, and biscuity malt on the underside. A bit of a subtle rotting flavour underneath. Nothing great.

Cask at The Library, Oxford, Monday 27th November 2017. We are attending a gig at The Bullingdon tonight, Purmarosa Pours golden with a slim white head, fruity citrus with lots of grapefruit however there is a distinct buttery edge, which drags this down a little. It could have been good, sadly it is just ok. A6 A4 T5 P3 Ov11 2.9

Cask at Rose and Thistle Frimley Green. Light grassy aroma. Light gold .Scant white head. Light bitterness, some spice. However theres also a lot of damp cardboard and boiled veg. Light bodied. Thin. Soft carb. Astringent finish. Another boring boring Gold.

Cask at the Old Windmill, Coventry on 26th October 2017. Crystal clear, pale straw-coloured with tight off-white foam. Spicy hoppiness in aroma. Grapefruit, corn and grain in-mouth with a rather sharp, peppery one-dimensional bitterness developing in the finish. Some transient malts and soft fruits. Light body and mouthfeel.

GBBF Day 3. Cask. Light haze on this very pale gold beer, small pale cream colour head. Palate is light and semi dry and has modest carbonation. Thin and sweetish malts, trace of grain. Sweetish floral mid. Bitterish citrus, some peel. Some pleasant floral citrus emerges at the finish. Not too bad.
