Not sure what was going on here. Draught from brou lane. Poured an attractive gold. Not much aroma. Mild hops I guess. Strangely astringent taste. . Neh.

In my opinion this was the single version of the double jack. Everything seemed the same, but just turned down to 5-6 instead of 11. ( tried them both side by side.) Great citrusy hops, solid bready malts. The body was a little thiner, and the motuhfeel was a little less viscous, and the bitterness was quite a bit less intense and hit around the light to medium mark. Excellent session pale ale.

Can from MrBarleywine, thanks again! I swear I've had this before I must not have reviewed. Pale gold with a thin bubbly white head. Light bready crackery malt cut with earthy floral and light tropical citrus notes.

Can from the brewery. Pours clear gold with a decent white head. Aroma of citrus with notes of pine and melon. Pale malt in support. Med body. Is soft, smooth and dry. Flavor is pretty much the aroma. It is more than moderately bitter. Almost crisp and clean. It is very good.

Tap at Hopmonk. Pours amber with a fruity/floral aroma. It tastes hoppy in an Over the Pond way. Flavor is lightly spiced in the finish. Drinks very well.

Aroma of evergreen and grapefruit. Maybe a little malt. Light golden amber color with a white head that didn’t linger. Starts with light to medium mouthfeel, with dilute grapefruit and pine hop. Underlying caramel malt. Nice bitterness in the finish.
