Bottle, Londis, Penny Lane, Liverpool. Slightly hazy orangey gold pour with a decent white head. Piney hop and citrus fruit notes in the nose. The flavour followed suit with a solid malt spine and some tidy hop bitterness. Crisp and approachable. One to drink beneath the blue suburban skies.

Bottle shared at Chrisso’s May 2014 tasting 25/05/2014. Thanks to Lighton for the new Brewery tick. Hazed orange coloured pour with a lasting white head. Aroma is nicelemon citrus, piney hop. Big hop with, light earthyness and berry. Flavour is lemon, pine, sharp berry. Assertive direct sharp bitterness. Palate is medium body, effervescent carbonation.

Bottle shared at the chriso May 2014 tasting - London. Pours clear gold with a creamy, white head. The nose has basic pale malts and notes of piney hops. Light to medium sweet flavor with oily pine, light bitterness, some bread, grass. Light to medium bodied with fine, creamy carbonation. Lingering hoppy resins on the finish with grainy pale malts and grassy bitterness. Very nice.

Tasting at the ever gracious ChrisO’s. Lightly hazy gold beer, good white head. Palate is airy and light with good fine carbonation. Light spicy hops, little tropical fruits. Light bitter floralness. Light dry finish. Spicy linger. Not bad, all the right flavours, lacks intensity.

Bottle at Chriso. It pours hazy golden-orange with a massive white head. The nose is fresh, lemony, soap, grapefruit and pine needles. The taste is crisp, bitter, doughy, earth, citrus peel, soapy, fresh pine, decent bitterness and potpourri with a dry finish. Medium body, high carbonation and foamy mouth-feel. A rough and ready....
