Tap@Rbabarrab, Copenhagen (25/02/2017) - golden coloured pour with white head. Aroma and taste is medium sour citrus fruity and wheaty, medium acidic, light grass and straw, yeast, tart fruity finish.

Taste is slightly sour-ish dry, fruit salt, soda powder, citrus acid, sour grass, minerals, fruit stones, sorrel, citrus peel, unripe berries. Medium bitterness, slightly sour-ish dry mouthfeel. Nice enough.

From the tap at Beer Table, Amsterdam, The Netherlands. Pours pale yellow with medium-high white foam. Aroma is definitely citrusy, mainly mandarin. Body is light and carbonated. Taste is pretty much only sour, no sweetness our bitterness detected. Finish short but leaves some astringency (obviously).

Draught. Creamy White good mostly lasting head. Yellow colour. Light malty and hoppy week moldy aroma. Acetic lemon notes. Moderate bitter nice moldy/acetic lemon flavor. Average moderate bitter finish. Oily palate.
