Can. Gold with a white head that fades to a cm. Aroma is shyish and a bit cleaning product-like with citrus, pine, boiled peach. Considerably better taste - it's fairly clean with pleasant grapefruit and orange, some pine, then a finish that's moderately both dry and bitter. Let down by the aroma, but pretty good.

On tap at El Segundo, pours a clear blonde with a small white head. Aroma brings out lots of piney hops, a little grass, and biscuity malt. Flavour is bright and piney, with lots of piney hops, crisp biscuity malt, and graininess. Crisp and piney finish. Very good.

Can (3/12/21) from Candia Road Convenience. It's a mostly clear (fine particulate mist) gold with nice sparkle, finger-width white foamy head with good retention and trace lacing. Aroma is strong lemon citrus, pine and milder nondescript fruit. Taste is more pine dominant than the aroma with cracker/pilsner malts. Mouthfeel is light side of light-to-medium bodied with thin, frothy texture, average carbonation and absolutely arid finish with lingering yeast and bitterness. Overall, aroma suggested this might fall on the juicy side but the flavor is West Coast IPA all the way. The malt presence and profile are spot on with the description. Definitely crushable. OK for me.

Floral pine, grapefruit peel, orange and biscuit malt aroma. Hazy golden yellow with large white head. Moderately sweet floral orange, malt, and moderately bitter grapefruit peel and pine flavor. Good body. Pretty good.

Better at smashing heads than being a West Coast IPA. A little too much on the hazy side for what I was hoping. Some pineapple rind. Orange must. Hop tang, hop resin finish. Pours clear golden with good head and lacing. Can.

Clear pale golden color with a medium thin white head that dissipates quickly to a film. Spotty lace. Aroma of floral hop, citrus and malt. Medium body with a floral hoppy character and notes of grapefruit and grainy malt. The finish is mildly bitter with a short citrusy hop aftertaste. Decent overall.

Very clear, relatively light golden coloured body with a beautiful orange and almost ruby/pink coloured tint, all with a thick three centimetre tall off-white head. Aroma of grass, light pine, soft floral and perfumey elements and a dash of subdued malts with very little hops - hardly any alpha acids in the nose. Light-bodied; Fresh very light hoppy bitterness at first with a soft biscuity and herbal bite that has a tiny bit of alpha acids and finishes with some light candy sweetness and a grapefruit bitterness, without much malt (this time) for balance. Aftertaste is deep, quite floral and showing the grapefruit peel and light perfumey hops, but not much malt balance or alcohol bite. A relatively crisp, almost on the level of an APA, beer. Overall, slightly better than I was expecting, as a celebrity endorsed this, and while not great, not a bad beer! Nice to try at least, assuming you can find it! I sampled this sixteen ounce can, purchased from the Department of Beer and Wine in Alexandria, Virginia on 12-June-2020 for US$3,86 sampled at my house here in Washington on 07-July-2020.
