Bottle, 4.8%. Weak fruity aroma. Cloudy greyish copper colour. Small stable white head. The flavour is fruity with a nicely spicy hop note. Tastes a lot like saaz, but that seems strange in an APA. Clean finish.

Bottle. Pours hazy lightish amber with airy white head. Clear Roma of fruit and malt, with notes of hops and yeast. Bitter, hoppy flavour with fruity and malty notes and touches of yeast and grass. Bitter and slightly fruity aftertaste. Soft to medium carbonation. Not particularly inspiring but okay for a debutante microbrewery :-)

Grasig-strohiger Antrunk, mild herb, minimal bitter. Der Hopfen nimmt einen erstaunlich unwichtigen Part ein, etwas pappig. 9/7/7/6/8/7
