Uravnoteženo, harmonično in pitno lahko pivo s čudoviti hmelj Aurora in Celeia ter ščepec sečuanskega popra, ki poudari citrusno sadnost. Kar loči to pivo od klasičnih primerkov je dodatna dinamika divjih Brettanonmyces kvasovk in pivskih kvasovk. Uravnoteženo, harmonično, suho, lahko pitno pivo za po napornem dnevu v Coni.

Bottled 500ml.- at Kiselo Druženje 2018. Yellow/pale golden coloured, small white head, chlorophenols and medical nose. Chlorophenols, stale camomile tea, light herbal and medicinal and weak touch of yeast in the finish. Something went wrong here.

From beer fountain in Zalec. Hazy yellow color with small head. Aroma and taste are weird, especially the taste, soap and kind of detersive...I like sour beers, but this was wrong.

Bottle, 0.50l. Aroma of wheat, funk, must, rotten eggs and lactic acid. Hazy golden color with thin creamy white head and average sparkling appearance. Taste starts light sweet grainy and lactic, following is metallic, bretty and faint citrusy, mouthfeel is smooth and slightly peppery, while finish is mild bitter. Light body, thin creamy texture and soft carbonation in palate. Weird, wild and not wanted (in bottle)...

Pours hazy, fiery golden-yellow, topped with a short lasting, smaller fluffy white head. Wine cellar nose - soury with fruity character nad some funky bubblegum presence. Gentle taste, lightly soury with pretty leathery body, milder final bitterness with peppery finish. Shorter aftertaste, creamy body. Interesting and easy to enjoy.
