Fatta in Italia con Malto 100% Italiano, Peroni Cruda è una birra dalla consistenza morbida e cremosa e dal retrogusto piacevolmente amarognolo di luppoli. Non essendo pastorizzata, viene costantemente tenuta a basse temperature lungo tutto il processo produttivo così da conservare tutto il sapore e la freschezza degli ingredienti accuratamente selezionati. Inoltre, la microfiltrazione a basse temperature dei lieviti garantisce un prodotto stabile nel tempo.

From one coop at Domodossola. This version is not that extraordinary but better than the normal lager version, malty, bread, a bit metallic, extract of hop, not a grand cru, drinkable and OK with a focaccia, 13.09.20

Bottle. Golden, clear with a white head. Aroma: faintly of grain, malty, light sourness, slightly grassy. Taste: watery, malty, grain, a little corn, a slight hint of grassy bitterness, empty and sad.

Bottle 50cl. from Vico Food Box @home poured into afooted pilsner glass. Clear medium golden good frothy white head, mostly diminishing, light lacing. Aroma sweet malt, grain, grassy hops. Taste medium sweet and bitter, malty, grain, hay, some iron. Medium body, oily texture, average carbonation, dry sweetbitter aftertaste, light husky notes, refreshing, okay.

Straight from the bottle. Feels like a slightly premium cheap own supermarket produced beer. Thin body. Fizzy. Some faint raisin muffin. Metallic finish. Not that great

Bottle 0,5 ltr: Clear golden coloured brew with an nicely dry bitter taste with hints of lemon and some faint spicy hops. Bought it at Pomino Italiaanse Delicatessen, Leiden.

Clear golden beer with a white lacing. Aroma of mild sweet grainy malt, straw. Taste of spicy bitter hops, breadish pale malt, moderate bitterness.

Ein Überbleibsel aus dem vergangenen Sommerurlaub 🌞. Ein Bier, das nicht pasteurisiert 👨‍🍳, aber doch filtriert wurde, also quasi ein halbes Zwickel. Dadurch hat ist es hellgelb und vollkommen klar. Die Perlage ist sehr fein und es bildet sich wenig Schaum. Im Geschmack ist es eher klassisch Hell und schon recht leicht und süffig. Allerdings wird der Leichte Körper auch schnell fad. Ich sehe es als Erfrischung 🍹für den Strand, aber nicht viel mehr.
