Fatta in Italia con Malto 100% Italiano, Peroni Cruda è una birra dalla consistenza morbida e cremosa e dal retrogusto piacevolmente amarognolo di luppoli. Non essendo pastorizzata, viene costantemente tenuta a basse temperature lungo tutto il processo produttivo così da conservare tutto il sapore e la freschezza degli ingredienti accuratamente selezionati. Inoltre, la microfiltrazione a basse temperature dei lieviti garantisce un prodotto stabile nel tempo.

Bottled 500ml. -from Carrefour Milano. Pale golden coloured, medium sized white head, dusty grainy nose. Sweetish malty, grainy, light cereals and grass with bitterish finish. Drinkable.

50cl bottle, in Rimini, Italy. Pours transparent, orangey gold with quickly fading white foam. Aroma is generic cereal, bready. Body and carbonation are average. Taste is moderately sweet, with a little bitterness. Finish is regular.

Bottle, 0.50l. Pours clear golden color with medium sized frothy white head and sparkling appearance. Classic light sweet bready lager with grassy, floral and papery notes, crisp and dry mouthfeel and mild bitter finish. Light body, thin texture and lively carbonation in palate. When it gets a bit warmer is quite ok, otherwise pretty boring...

Thanks Ogi! Extremely clear golden body, big carbonation, huge bubbles, white head that doesn't last that long though. Sweetish flowery aroma. Grainy sweetish malty taste with some flowery notes. Okay actually, okay macro lager

0.5 l bottle. Thanks Marko. Shared with him and Ogi. Pale golden, minimal head. Light grainy. Light floral and spicy aroma. Very light and drinkable. Bready. Drinkable, refreshing. Not bad. Nice finish for such a light beer.
