1. (affectionately) rascal 2. We heart IPA. Especially our very own Doerak. A refreshing bittersweet symphony, brewed just how we like it: slightly bitter, face first into a kettle of tropical fruit. This rascal of a beer quenches your thirst like music to the ears. Cheeky and charming, our proud flagship IPA.

Bottle. Color: Amber, off white to creme head. Taste: Nice mix of grassy, floral and citrus hops. Medium body and medium carbonation. Mild bitterness, not overwhelming. Nice old skool ipa with just the right use of hops.

Bottled. A hazy golden beer with a yellowish head. The aroma has notes of citrus fruits and straw. The flavor is sweet with notes of straw, and citrus fruits, leading to a bitter finish.

(Draught at Arendsnest, Amsterdam, 16 Sep 2016) Amber colour with big, creamy, off-white head. Malty, fruity nose with notes of orange peel, grapefruit, caramel and a touch of resin. Malty, fruity taste with orange peel, apricots, some resin, hints of rye and a generous citric, slightly metallic, bitterness. Medium body, with a certain sweetness. Tasty and well made IPA. Nice one.

330ml bottle from boxbeers.com. Pours dark orange with a thick white head. Aroma of grass, herbal hops, pine, caramel and resin. Taste is smooth, malty and caramely with some grassy hops, pine and resin. Finish is smooth, herbal and grassy with some pine and resin. Okay, but doesn’t feel very fresh.

On tap at Arendsnest Amsterdam. Clear amber colour lasting white head. Grapefruit resin hoppy aroma then lots of pink grapefruit. Really light and lovely. Fantastic pink grapefruit. Delicious. Just so fruity. Cant believe this doesn’t have fruit zest in or something. Excellent.
