On tap at Velká Klášterní restaurace, Prague. Pours hazy golden with creamy white head. Fruity aroma. Lots of banana in flavor, yeast, wheat, bit sourish. Great one.

Tap at RJ. Aroma banana, weizeny profile. Light berries. Stable creamy white head. Hazy golden-orange colour. Taste is nicely balanced. Bready malt, banana. Light caramel. Very soft mouthfeel, full body. Satisfying weizenbock.

Bottle to celebrate probably the last New Year’s Eve with my dear old Matuška. Pours slightly hazy amber with small white head. Clear, vinous aroma, with hoppy notes. Sweetish, malty and hoppy flavour, with pronounced notes of banana and some vinous notes. Estery aftertaste with hoppy notes. High but unobtrusive carbonation. Decent, heavy body. Happy New Year, Matuška!

Bottle, 6.3%. Hazy dark yellow with small off-white head. Aroma is malt, fruit, wheat, yeast and a little banana. Flavour is malt, fruit, wheat, yeast, little banana, medium sweet, little acid, little over carbonated and a little bitter.

Handbottled from Hostinec Richtar Jakub, Bratislava. Hazy golden color with medium long lasting white head. Aroma of wheat, banana, yeast, clove hints of vanilla. Taste, wheat, yeast, banana, caramel, hints of vanilla, light bitterness in finish. Alcohol is dangerously hidden. Very tasty beer.

Shared 750 ml bottle at local tasting, thanks to gunnar. ABV is 6.3%. The bottle had been open a while, but I’ll rate the beer as if it had a normal carbonation (which reports confirm it had when opened). Amber colour. Unusual spicy aroma, notes of coriander and banana. Spicy flavour, some banana. A fairly decent beer. Will rerate if I can find a fresh bottle.
