Cask at CBC, Covent Garden on 30th April 2017. Gold with lasting off-white foam but no lacing. Fruity aroma with tropical fruitiness. Citrus dominates the liquid pass with peach and grapefruit. A fruity, fairly sweet finish. Fair bodied with a zingy mouthfeel.

(Cask at Southampton Arms, Gospel Oak, 20 April 2016) Golden colour with foamy, white head. Malty, hoppy nose with citrus, grass and floral hops. Malty taste with notes of biscuits, citrus, grass and a fairly dry finish with a gentle floral bitterness. Light body, quite dry. Fresh and tasty, but on the thin side. Quite nice.

Bottle shared at the Cad’s 10th Anniversary Tasting - CBC Clerkenwell, London. Sourced from Butler Wines in Brighton. Pours clear gold with a creamy, white head. Strong minerals and dry smoke in this one, with touches of pale bread, hay, dried lemon peel. Light bodied with fine to average carbonation. Finishes with more off drying minerality, smokey notes, pale grains. Not excellent.
