A single hopped beer brewed with this season’s crop of Amarillo, a wonderfully complex hop with fruit and floral notes of warm citrus, delicate pine and a hint of creamy caramel. Enjoy lightly chilled and while the hops are still fresh.

On tap (didn’t note if handpump or keg), at The Royal Navy Volunteer, Bristol, Friday 2nd January 2015 Pours amber with slim white head. Strangely I get a tiny bit of coffee (not dure where that comes from?) but with a little streaky bitterness. Its a good beer but Wiper & True can and do, do better. A6 A3 T7 P3 Ov13 3.2

Bottle shared at Chrisso’s May 2014 tasting 25/05/2014. From bottledog. Hazed orange coloured pour with a losse white head. Aroma is passionfruit, tropical fruit and light grass, touch of dankness on the nose as well. Flavour is tropical fruits, passionfruit and orange. With some resin sweet hops in the finish. Palate is nice touch of resin, slightly chewy. Lingering pine bitterness. Good good shit.

Bottle shared at the chriso May 2014 tasting - London. Pours clear gold with a frothy, white head. Great nose with vibrant hops, dank grapefruit in particular. Light to medium sweet flavor with fresh, juicy tangerine and grapefruit. Light bodied with average carbonation. Great balance on the finish, more fresh and fruity hops, mellow bitterness. Solid.

Bottle thanks to Fergus, it pours clear amber with a small off-white head. The nose is fresh, peach, passion fruit, tangerine, dried mango and candied peel. The taste is crisp, bitter, sherbet, grapefruit, tangerine, orange peel, straw, touch of spice and straw with a dry, somewhat cities finish. Medium body and fine, prickly carbonation. Crisp, fresh and very drinkable.
