Cask at Bird in Hand, Stafford. Pours a hazy to cloudy golden amber with medium sized off-white head and good lacing. The aroma is mainly tropical fruits. In the mouth it has a creamy texture, but with some bitter hints. Flavour has malts and spices plus traces of gignger, honey and grapefruit. It's reasonable.
