Bottle shared during the Cad’s 10th anniversary bash - Clerkenwell, London. Cheers! Pours hazy yellow-gold with a whit foam head. A simple number this, with lots of pale bread and just slight bitter hay. Light bodied with fine to average carbonation. Dry grain and cereal in the finish, minimal bitterness. Simple. Fine.

Bottle at the Cads 10th Anniversary bash, thanks to Fergus, 29/03/15. Hazed orange amber with a moderate off white head. Nose is a touch thin, caramel, light fruit rinds, orange, straw. Taste comprises mandarin, straw, peach, light bread. Medium bodied, fine carbonation, semi drying close. Ok citric lead sessioner but a Kolsch - wat?

Bottle at the Cad’s 10 yr Shindig. It pours cloudy golden with a small white head. The nose is soft, doughy, juicy fruits and some orange peel. The taste is crisp, bitter-sweet, doughy, bready malts, tangerine, candied citrus and a hint of sherbet with a refreshingly dry finish. Medium body and moderate carboantion. Well rounded and pretty crushable.
