Half-pint, cask at Philharmonic. Thanks to Kevin. Lacing rings down the glass, clear golden, filmy layer. Bread and leaves on the nose. Moderate taste profile of biscuit, bread, and mid-sweet fruits. Distant bitter finish. Satisfying. (Liverpool 27.01.2020).

Hand-pulled pint in The Phili, Liverpool on 7th Feb 2014. Nice golden/amber brew with a good white crown for a head. Malty front to the aroma and taste but gives way to a mild citrus and floral smell and flavour fairly swiftly. Nothing too strong or provocative, just a subtle bitter with a mini bite of citrus within. Pleasant without getting me excited.
