Cask as the house ale Palmers Lamb & Flag Gold at the pub in Oxford. Golden-brown body colour with a moderate white head. Grassy and hay-like aroma. Fruit and some honey sweetness in flavour. Lacking bitterness and rather diluted mouthfeel (half pint, 16.03.2008).

Cask gravity at GBBF 2007. Gold, lasting beige head. Bit of butter on aroma. Some hop, good condition. Not keen though, dull in mouth, earthy hop finish. Nothing wrong with it, but just lacks chutzpah.

Cask at the Ship Inn Langton Matravers, Dorset 20-06-06 and as imdownthepub has noted through a little detective work in the Lamb and Flag, Oxford 17-06-06. Golden in colour, sweet and pleasant hoppiness, bit on the dry side but very decent.
