This year’s batch displays huge aromas of pressed orange, lemon zest, and papaya with a burst of fresh grassy hops. Rich flavors of candied peach and orange peel lead the palate with supporting notes of red grapefruit, ripe pineapple, white table grapes, and mango smoothies. As with previous years, Headroom is balanced with a full, rounded mouthfeel and a soft, creamy finish.

Аромат весьма сильный, есть тропики отчетливые, много манго и маракуйи, цитрусы, и мякоть и цедра. Цвет ярко желтый, пенка белая, пышная. Вкус вроде и сочный сначала, но всё упирается и заканчивается на быстром финише сильной уже отчетливой для меня горечью в Американских пивоварнях. Не сказать что она травянистая даже, скорее она идёт от цедры. Немного ментола. В общем, потенциал лёг под тяжестью сатанинского хмеля.

Can at home from J and B Craft Drinks, 25th October 24. Shit the bed, this is great. Pours a thick hazy orange opaque beer. Aroma is pith, marmalade and citrus. Taste is bitter, marmalade, pithy citrus, rind of oranges, grapefruit, long lingering bitter hit with earthy undertones. The best DIPA I’ve had from Trillium

Heavy, chewy juicy and tropical fruity with some pine, herbal hops, citrus, grapefruit and mango. Finish is sweetish and slightly bitter with some malty notes. Pretty thicc hop bomb.

Draft at The Open Bottle, Lockport IL. Bright medium orange body, medium tight cream head. Aroma initially mostly citrus- pink grapefruit and tangerine- with some underlying papaya. Body tangy and soft with melon, papaya, and nectar and a big, rindy blend of pink grapefruit and tangerine. The rindiness left on the palate is eventually overtaken by fleshy tropical fruits deeper in the chest. Nicely done.

Wow, this is something. No way I would have thought they didn't add fruit to this if I didn't read the menu. Super big lemongrass, green plum. Some tangerine. Maybe buddha fingers or kumquots. Pours murky yellow without much head retention. Some booze, some hop tang in the finish. Really comes together nicely though. Tap at Churchkey.

Pours a lovely golden orange from a can. Grapefruit and light pineapple aroma and flavor. A little muddled in the nose but a nice flavor. Pretty good beer.

On tap at the Grand Delancey. Pours hazy soft yellow. Pineapple, creamy, grapefruit, bit of a bitter herbal note. Medium body. Pretty good.
