Poured from a bottle. Aroma is cherry forward, but not as fruit forward as some of the other Bu?s. Some light wheat notes and faint oak. Medium light acidity with a citrus note. Slightly poopy. Pours a slightly hazy, pinkish red with a slight orange hue and a large, frothy, pink head that quickly recedes and disappears. No lacing and small legs. Flavor is moderately acidic with a light sweetness from the cherries. Moderate cherry notes with faint wheat and oak. Rather juicy with some light citrus notes. Poopy character is less prevalent than in the aroma. Mouthfeel is light bodied with high carbonation. Low astringnecy and low alcohol warmth. Overall, a pretty yummy beer. Lots of cherry juice and lighter cherry skin character. A bit of sweetness helps balance the acidity. A bit poopy which I haven?t gotten from a de Garde beer in quite some time.

Draft - Light tart cherry and some nice funk. Dirty pinkish red. Funky, light cheese and tart berries. Funk balances sweetness and sourness well.
