Bottle shared at CBC Clerkenwell 10/9/2015. Huge thanks to Kenny for this one . Translucent cloudy yellow straw coloured pour with a lasting thin white head. Aroma is tart lemon, grassy, salty with some perfume. Flavour is composed of super tart, puckering, passion fruit, lemon, very tart. Palate is citric acid, moderate carbonation, puckering salty pithy lemon, very good.

Bottle shared at Craft Beer Co, Clekenwell - London. Many thanks to Kenneth. Pours cloudy yellow with a creamy, white head. Dry and zesty lemon in the nose, some squash, sweat. Light sweet flavor with mild lemony acidity, some ripening pear. Light bodied with average, massaging carbonation. Tart, acidic finish, more lemon, more pear, some apricot. Puckeringly sour overall, quenching. Very nice.

Thanks, flopfacefred. The beer is a pale yellow tan color. Small white head, which dissipates pretty quickly. It’s quite cloudy, clouded through. The aroma has a lot of fruit to it, but it’s not as bright as I’d like. It smells like a funny, musky variety of apricot. Some acidity is evident, though. It’s nice just not terribly lively. Lime juice. Light funk. Taste is medium tart. Under ripe apricots, lemon juice. A little bit of orange juice to it. Light body with a little slickness and medium pucker.

Poured from a batch 2 bottle courtesy of popery. Aroma is moderately fruit forward with a nice apricot character. Some light tropical fruit notes with a bit of light citrus. Hints of acidity with some light grain. Pours a hazy, pale, yellow straw with a medium sized, moderately thick, white head that recedes to the edges where it lingers nicely. Bottle was a bit of a gusher. Medium light lacing and faint legs. Flavor is somewhat acidic but not too sharp with a light citrus note. Moderate apricot with some light grain notes. Hints of tropical fruit with some light bitterness. Mouthfeel is medium light to light bodied with medium high carbonation. Low astringnecy and low alcohol warmth. Overall, a nice beer but a bit simple. Decent apricot flavor but not much else in it. Light grain and tropical fruit notes. Decent citrus character, but overall rather plain.

Craft Clerkenwell Bottle Share. Hazy gold beer, small pale cream colour head. Palate is light, dry and crisp. Minerally seltzer lemon, touch of lemon sherbet. Trace of ripe orange. Mild rhubarb and then a sharpish lemony finish. Nice.

Bottle #7 thanks to young Kenny. It pours cloudy gold with minimal head. The nose is fresh, juicy, stewed rhubarb, earth, funk and some crème brulee. The taste is crisp, big lemon sherbet, good mouth-pucker upfront, rhubarb, sour strawberry, some acidity, Granny Smith apple, grapefruit and yuzu with a clean finish. Medium body and fine carbonation. Crisp and tart, yet not acidity. Very tasty, especially at this sort of abv.

Bottle split at CBC Clerko tasting, thanks to Kenny, 10/09/15. Murky yellow orange with a moderate off White covering. Nose is pissy citrics, vanilla, rhubarb and custard, lemon drizzle, tarte citric notes. Taste comprises mellow soured fruits, straw, funk, light acidic rise, damp hay, sharp grape notes. Medium bodied, fine carbonation, semi drying close. Decent easy drinking sour, packs plenty of flavour for the ABV.
