Bottiglia.

Bottle from the brewer’s own stand at the Good Food Show at Birmingham NEC. Rather pallid gold with a swiftly-departing white head. Wheaty-flavoured (presumably not really wheaty though as it’s meant to be gluten-free!) With light lemon. Thin and fizzy. There’s nothing much here and even the brewery rep on the stand said he would recommend their other beers instead unless you were actually gluten-intolerant!

Cask-conditioned at the Commercial Rooms (JDW), Bristol March 2016. Golden in colour, with a slight, off-white, head. Aroma of sweetish, stone fruits, with a touch of leafy hop. Flavour had sweet malts, more, yeasty, fruit and a moderately bitter finish. Good.

Cask at the Old Manor (JDW), Bracknell. Amber with a loose cream head; mild farmyard aroma; soft grainy body with some straw and a light lemony zing; then a gently warming spicy bitterness. Interesting, and rather like a Saison, but it’s difficult to see the connection between this and regular 6X.

Cask @ Moon Under Water, Manchester. Golden with a creamy head. Malty in its character with a few hops available. It’s certainly sessionable.
