Bottle thanks to BIK at the 2016 Cotteridge Convention. It pours lightly hazy golden with a thick white head. The aroma is soft, sweet, grainy, pear, apple, candy and white sugar. The taste is sweet, grainy, straw, cereal, soapy citrus, earth, melon, hot alcohol, touch chemically and some cabbage on the back end with a dry finish. Medium body and moderate, foamy carbonation. Sweet and rough around the edges. Not great.

Bottle shared at the Cotteridge Convention - 2016 edition. Thanks to Steve for this one. Pours lightly hazy gold with a frothy, white head. The nose has some plastic phenolic notes, generic Belgian yeast. Medium sweet flavour with sugary, doughy bread, more yeast expression, some wheat. Medium to full bodied with fine carbonation. Sweet finish, with sugary wheat bread and touches of melon. So so.
