On cask at the Standing Order. Appearance - dark amber to brown with a nice fluffy head. Nose - citrus and tropical notes. Taste - grapefruit and mango. Tonnes of resin. Palate - close to medium bodied with a creamy texture and a long dry finish. Overall - a bit more resin than I prefer but actually a tasty beer.

33cl bottle from Beer52.com. A copper coloured pour with a thin cream head; aroma for orange peel; malty taste - rather like a dark rye bread, with some bitter orange fruit; and a good malt-hop balance in the finish.

Bottle shared in London - picked up at Royal Mile Whiskies. Pours clear orange with a frothy, off-white head. The nose has some notes of citrus rind, dry pale bread. Light-medium sweet flavor with a prominent ashy off-note, more rindy citrus, minerals, grains. Light to medium bodied with average carbonation. Finishes with more ashes, tangerine, orange rind, pale bread. So so.

Bottle big thanks to Leighton. It pours hazed deep red - amber with a decent off-white head. The nose is bitter - sweet, toasty, spice, bitter orange, tinned fruits and peach. The taste is bitter, wood, spice, varnish, bitter orange, light alcohol, caramel and earth with a dry finish. Medium body and average carbonation. Pretty ok actually.

Bottle split at LKS, thanks to LKS, 21/01/16. Lightly hazed orange amber with a decent egg shell white covering. Nose is light floral notes, orange sherbet, caramel malt, sweet tunes, light minerals. Taste comprises chalky minerals, orange pith, toasted malt, melon, light grapefruit, sticky backgroubd tropicana. Medium bodied, fine carbonation, semi drying close with a dose of juicy hop bitterness. Ok stuff.
