0.33 l can from 'Uhrskov Vine', best before August 2022. Hazy, golden with a large, foamy, stable, white head. Slightly sweetish, gently fruity-floral, slightly yeasty and a bit grassy aroma of lemon peel, clove, hay, dill and some grains. Gently sweet, hardly bitter, moderately fruity-floral, slightly yeasty and a little grassy taste of grains, hay, lemon peel, clove, some honey and a touch of dill, followed by a short, moderately bitter, slightly yeasty and minimally grassy finish. Medium body, smooth and gently effervescent mouthfeel, average carbonation. Pleasant, classic saison, very well-balanced with rather subtle flavours. Would like to try more saisons again, why is it brewed less and less?

On tap at Mikkeller Stockholm. Pours clear pale gold with no head. Banana, yeast, spice, fruity. Seems more like a hefeweizen.

On tap at Omnipollo. Pours a cloudy gold with medium white head that lasts. The aroma is floral, yeast, lemon zest, spice. Thin body, yeast, floral, spice, citrus, light finish, crushable, very good.

Burk från SB. Guldfärgad, smådisig, något mindre vit krona. Tjusigt blommig arom med mycket blomnektar, honung och jäst. I smaken mer torr med toner av spannmål, popcornkärnor, lätt smörig, lätt metallisk, hög beska. Blommigt även i smaken. Oerhört gott och drickvänligt.

Burk. Blommig och väldigt söt saison med starka inslag av småkakor. Jästen framträder väldigt mycket, men den får tyvärr den där lite kvalmiga belgiska karaktären som finns i mer kommersiella blonds. Ölet hade vunnit mycket på en större torrhet. Men ändå enkelt och gott.

On tap at Amager Bryggen. Hazy golden with a lasting white head. Spicy and malty aroma with herbal and cake notes. Sweet malty flavour with biscuit and grain along with spice and a touch of mango.

Draft. A hazy golden beer with a lazing beige head. The aroma has notes of hops, spices, malt, and straw. The flavor is sweet with notes of hops, lemons, spices, and yeast, leading to a dry finish.
