Keg at the brewery. Bright pinky orangy coloured pour with a lasting sticky pink head. Attractive beer. Aroma is orange, raspberry, tart fruit. Flavour is composed of woody, Herbal, spicy, tangy, gin. Palate is light, wood tannin, moderate, interesting. Pretty unique beer, Iโve never had the cocktail so its difficult to judge of they hit the mark.

Keg at the brewery. Hazy red - peach colour beer, vibrant pink colour head, quite a sight! Palate is light, semi dry and crisp. Nice herbals in this one, they really do capture the essence of Campari without the grim bitterness that accompanies that drink. Some floralness and mild malt cream. Light finish. Nicely done, would like to spend some more time with this one.

A bottle this time. This is a super looking beer with itโs bright pink head. Yes - more of the same as the keg. Nicely floral herb and fruity. Very nicely done, I can only think of one other beer Iโve ever had like this and that was a Brooklyn beer that used Martini herbs and spices.

Keg at Partisan. It pours crazy red with a decent white head. The nose is odd... spicy, herbal, rosemary, red fruit, candy, booze and dull campari. The taste is crisp, bitter - sweet, herbal, spice, rosemary, red fruit, light tartness, campari and earth with a dry, spiced finish. Medium body and moderate carbonation. Interesting stuff. Quite enjoyable.
