Paradisaea is an orange-hued saison brewed with 4 varieties of citrus and lightly dry-hopped with Mosaic. It has then been aged in wine barrels with our house microflora. The result is fruity, funky, tropical, dry & delicious. 500ml bottles.

Bottle at Bobby’s tasting. Pours cloudy gold white head. Nose/taste of hoppy mossaic, oak, citrus, grass, lemon, saison yeast and touch of hop oil. Medium body.
