Geprobeerd met Inoven bij de brouwerij. Het is een troebel oranje achtigbier met een volle witte schuimkraag. Het heeft een moutige wat gistachtige geur. De smaak is zacht zoet, fris zurig en licht wrang.

Sampled draft @ Arendsnest during Carnivale Brettanomyces #4. Hazy orange, little white. Nose is light mineral, big funk, malt,… Taste is mellow, oddly sweetish with brett, candy, mild funk,… No real balance between the funk & sweetness but apparently this was an infected brew so there is that. It is still pretty decent. Grainy & tad malt body. Okay but unbalanced. (Thanks for sharing Kermis, Maakun & tlahav).

(Draught at Arendsnest, Amsterdam, 27 Feb 2015) Hazy golden colour with frothy, white head. Fruity, slightly yeasty nose with notes of citrus, orange peel and hints of wild yeast. Fruity, malty taste with citrus, orange peel, apricots, earthy hints of yeast and a balanced spicy bitterness. Medium body, with a touch of sweetness. Tasty and interesting, with a gentle funky sourness in the background. Quite nice.
