Combines a rich blend of European Blossom Honey with a hit of new world hops

Our Hopped is fresh, light and refreshing; the hops balance the sweetness from the honey, and along with a touch of bitterness from the hops brings forward a floral elderflower flavour, leading to a dry and clean finish.

Not overly sweet, a little lacking on any honey flavor. A bit floral, getting a lot of elderflower in particular.

330 ml bottle, from Vinmonopolet, Nettbutikken. ABV is 5.5%. Very pale straw colour, pours moderately sparkling with a small and shortlived white head. Aroma of honey, raw alcohol and hops. Flavour of honey, citrus and moderate hops. The moderate carbonation makes it easy drinking.

Bottle sampled at The Vanguard at 1000 Trades, pours a clear blonde with a small white head. Aroma brings out lots of dry hopping upfront with wildflower mead. Flavour is along the same lines, with wildflower honey and wonderfully integrated dry hopping. Complex and layered for such a light mead. Very good.
