Combines a rich blend of European Blossom Honey with a hit of new world hops

Our Hopped is fresh, light and refreshing; the hops balance the sweetness from the honey, and along with a touch of bitterness from the hops brings forward a floral elderflower flavour, leading to a dry and clean finish.

Bottle shared at home. A pale yellow green coloured pour with a pale white head. Aroma is nice lemon and pear hops, fruity lemon. Flavour is composed of sweet honey. Grains, floral lemon, pear. Palate is slightly grainy, medium sweet, highish carbonation. Really interesting.

Bottle thanks to Fergus. It pours hazy milky lemon with no head. The aroma is sweet, tangy, fruity, honey, wax, creaminess, gorse and a touch of lime. The taste is bitter - sweet, tangy, limeade, kiwi, tangy honey, sugar and earth with a drying finish. Medium body and fine, prickly carbonation. Simple and pretty drinkable stuff.

Bottle shared in Watford - thanks to Fergus. Pours hazy yellow with a slender white film. Light lemony notes in the nose, subtle honey, pale bread. Medium sweet flavour, lightly syrupy, with citrus notes, undertones of honey. Light to medium bodied with spritzy carbonation. Sugary finish with biscuit notes, soft honey notes, a little citrus. Nice one.
