Davy, the creator, thinks summer deserves a special cider that’s great for sharing in company. Lots of apple juice in the final blend makes this cider perfect for a hot summer’s day. Lower in alcohol, with a pleasing, slightly-dry finish, this cider will quench many a summer thirst.

5/7/2023. Bottle shared by Colin, cheers. Pours clear dark golden with a small bubbly white head. Aroma of sweet apple, caramel, brown sugar, baked apple, slight funky horsey edge. Medium sweetness and light to moderate tartness. Moderate body, spritzy carbonation. Quite enjoyable.

Panda a t home thanks to Colin. A very clear deep golden orange coloured pour with a a big fizz that fades. Aroma is semi sweet, clean apple juice, light tang, fizz, some white sugars. Flavour is composed of medium sweet, light tang, clean apple, white sugars, hint of toffee apple, fizzy apple chews. Palate is semi swet, and fizzy, light tang. Decent. pretty clean and easy drinking.

Bottle at home, rain delay in the Ashes, picked up from either a beer store or a supermarket in the Newry area, 18/06/23. Clear golden copper with a fast collapsing white head formed of bubbles. Nose is crisp apple, sugars, straw, caramel. Taste comprises sugar coated apples, straw, tannins, sugars. Medium bodied, light spritzy carbonation, semi drying close. Okay cider for a hot day ... sweet as stated but not OTT on that front, however on the uninspiring and pedestrian side of things.

Box @ Cuthbert Brodrick, Leeds. Dishwater-golden coloured Has a good sweetness in what is also a dry tasting cider. Light textured and easy drinking. There’s plenty of aroma.

Pours a slightly hazy pale gold colour with a pleasant stewed apple aroma. Sweet fruity apple flavour with a hint of spice and a clean crisp finish.

Bag in a box at County Hotel Ashford JDW. Clear gold slight haze. Some apple juice but some cider tannin as well which adds character. Not too sweet. I’ve had a lot worse. It’s an ok slightly characterful sweet cider.

BIAB at Tanners Hall JDW Darlington. Hazy gold colour, no head and mellow apple aroma. Taste is fruity, apple, mellow, sweet, with melon notes and hints of wood, spice and barnyard. Slightly syrupy mouthfeel, light to medium bodied, low carbonation, drying finish. Nicely drinkable.
