I possess a 12 oz can of Valkyrie that was brewed on 11/29/21 and I can tell you, the label has certainly changed. 9.27% ABV indicated on the can, a slight change there too. A local Buffalo Bayou tulip glass catching the liquid, I see an, opaque, dark orange body with a slender ring of silvery tan foam. An appealing scent, the smell is fermented apricots, some hoppiness and malt. And a drink goes along with that. A touch of pine, hops, yellow fruit, a malt backbone and a crackers taste and dryness. Fairly thick and full. This brew goes off on a tangent that I appreciate that was established by 120 Minute. An IPA that is not exactly an IPA by the traditional standards.

Sample at Hoof Hearted during the "Everybody Wants Some & Did We Just Become Best Fwendz? - Dual Can Release" event on 07/09/2017. Hazy orange-copper color with a medium off-white head that diminishes steadily to a film. Short strings of lace. Aroma of grainy malt, hops and fruit. Medium body with flavors of caramel malt, earthy hops and a bit of pine. The finish is mildly hoppy up front with a malty aftertaste. Decent overall.

Can consumed on level 42, thanks to LKS. It pours hazy deep amber with a thick white head. The aroma is soft, sweet, juicy nectarines, yellow plum, peach, white sugar and candied peel. The taste is smooth, sweet, juicy, pine, resin, sugary peach, earth and peppery spice. Alcohol comes through in the finish. Medium body and average carbonation. Not bad.

Can shared in London - picked up in Austin. Pours clear deep gold with a frothy, white head. Crackers pale malts in the nose, some rindy orange, light pine. Light sweet flavor with more rindy citrus, bitter grass, pine, pale bread, crackers. Medium to full bodied with average carbonation. Lightly resinous on the finish with more crackers, pine, booze, pale bread, aged orange peel. Maybe lightly faded. Not bad overall.

Sampled from a 12 oz can this beer poured a dark golden-amber color with a large foamy orange-beige head that lingered and left a bit of lacing. The aroma was bitter with floral, piney and tropical hops and a bit of sugar. The flavor was tangy, bitter and sweetish with pine, floral hops and a boozy presence. Long finish with a growing boozy bite. Moderately full bodied. Solid.

Big foamy viscous pour from a can. Scary fuming head does not yield. Rude mouth coating liquid that ruins your palate. A shock in reality. So nasty it gives me the shivers. Smell is blunt volatile alky hop perfume kick in the olfactory. Simply awful to my lager loven buds. Perfectly on pine tar green grapefruit xxx rototilling rinds style. YOWZER!
