750ml bottle I brought back from the UK a year ago, pours a hazy orange with some clumpy, white head. Nose is very good, lemon, grapefruit rind, white grape, some wet wood, some kumquat, persimmon. Flavor is lesser, tart with grapefruit and lemon rinds, some white wine, kumquat, some medicine cabinet funk here. Dry and tart finish. Very well done.

Bottle, 2015 version. Funky ass barnyard nose, grapefruit, dust, old books, grapes, vanilla. Sour flavor, but not over the top, slightly sweet and fruity, citrus. This basically tastes like a nice jonge geuze, and with a few more years could be much better. Now I see it has lambic in it, which makes sense. Very nice, and will get better with age.

750ml Bottle - Golden in colour with a white head. Lemon, wood, grapes and elderflower in the aroma. Fruity, fresh and tart taste with lemon, oak, elderflower and some peachy hop notes. Very nice and surprisingly considering it was bottled 18 months ago.

The taste is crisp, tart. lemon sherbet, candied citrus peel, Granny Smith apple, some bright acidity, funk and some dry white wine. The finish is dry. Medium body and moderate carbonation. Rather nice overall, particularly the aroma. Funky fun times.
