Aroma of light malt, citrus, coriander, spices, lemongrass, light vegginess. Flavour is light malty sweetness and spices. Curious brew, definitely reminiscent of certain Asian dishes but I can’t pinpoint it.

Bottle 330 ml. Amber color with good foam. Aroma: malty sweet with raisins, a little dried pears and other dried fruits. Taste: slightly sour, malty, fruity, spicy.

Eine interessante, etwas abstruse, Komposition von Mikkel. Es überwiegen hopfige, fruchtige Aromen, welche im Abgang einige Gewürzaromen dazubekommen. Sicher kein Bier für alle Tage, aber einmal probieren kann man es gerne.

At a tasting, thanks, smallish bubbly head, clear deepish orange color with rusty hints, aroma of candy and bread with some paper, flavor of candy, paper and wood ,with malty hint in the back and a light quircky bitterness. Not good.

330 ml bottle. Pours a dark Amber with moderate head. Aromas of stewed fruit, bready malts and light spice with something like industrial cleaner in the background. Big vegetal flavors (off?) with citrus and what might be overpowering coriander. Not a fan.

Bottle at home and in Brewdog Edinburgh. Pours clear amber,aroma and taste of chinese spices, citrus, lemongrass.
