Bottle #870 of 900, big thanks to Leighton. It pours jet black with a small tan. The aroma is soft, rich roasted malts, toffee, fudge, vanilla, candy, tangy berry and red wine. The taste is smooth, tangy, vinous, red wine, sour berry, sherbet, Granny Smith apple, candy, cocoa and a touch of umami with a slick finish. Medium + body and moderate carbonation. Good depth of flavour. Nice stuff.

Bottleshare at Lancaster Gate. Thanks to Leighton. Almost opaque dark brown beer, tidy tan head. Palate is light, dry and fairly crisp. Tangy dark malts, nice red wine tang and red berries. Trace of something brett like. Semi dry finish. Not very saison but who cares? Nice beer.

375 ml bottle thanks to reggiedunlop, thanks for the opportunity! Bottle 21 Jan, 2014 with a number of 208/900. Pitch black with very thin tan head. Aroma is sour oak, red grapes, old coffee, blackberry juice.

Funky barrel has taken over to the point of infection. Raunchy sour oak with notes of vinegar and sweaty dirty socks. Wow... Not the first impression I was hoping for here. This goes down the drain. Thanks Kerry??? Bad bottle I guess.
