Cask at Craft 100 - Craft Beer Co. Clapham, London. Pours clear gold with a white froth cap. The nose holds light pine needles, dry pale bread and hay. Lightly sweet is the flavour, with notes of rindy citrus, minerals, pale bread. Light bodied with average carbonation. Drying on the finish, with more mineral flint, some lemon rind, faint grass. Nice beer on the whole.

Craft 100 at Craft Clapham. Cask. Lightly hazy gold beer, thin white head. Palate is light, fairly dry and has a good fine crispness. Lovely condition! Thin but sweetish pale malts. Hops start floral and piney but develop a good citric buzz, lemon, orange and grapefruit. Pine comes back before a light semi dry finish. Satisfying.

Cask at Craft 100. It pours clear gold with a small, bubbly white head. The aroma is earthy, musty, straw, cereal, piss and grapefruit. The taste is rich, oily, bitter, cereal, straw, grapefruit, light alcohol and urine. with a lingering, very dry finish. Medium body, soft carbonation and oily mouth-feel. Not that bright and a bit pissy. Not great.

Cask @ Fox & Goose, Hebden Bridge. slightly hazy tawny amber-gold with a bubbly head. Its strength is evident but there’s still a dominant tropical fruitiness in both aroma and taste.
