It is a particular style, not bad. The taste ia really sour, some side of sweetness, it is a bit like a chicha de Perú, orange body, 16.09.2016, at the Pibar, Lausanne.

Bottle that’s been sitting a year or so in the cellar. Not sure if the 11/2023 date is an expiration or a production date. Deep gold with a creamy, white head. Sugary, fruit-syrupy aroma with touches of green apple and apple vinegar. Taste is sweet with the sugar blanketing a quite tart undertone that would be more interesting if it had more profile. Light bodied, mild carbonation. Rough. Below average for the style.

Aroma of sour fruits, sugar, white wine, light oak notes, slight funk. Flavour is sugary sweet and fruity sour. Okay, but I wish this was more sour and less sweet.

Bottiglia. Al naso arrivano impressioni di sour e di acetico. L'olfatto viene stimolato in maniera elevata e la maniera in cui permane è sufficiente. Il cappello di schiuma resiste poco. La grandezza delle bollicine è a grana fine. Il liquido è di apparenza velata. Il colore è ambrato. Il corpo è pieno. L'amaro è contenuto e c'è anche una componente leggermente acidula. La forza gustativa è elevata e la persistenza è buona. Il gusto è piacevole. Le sensazioni boccali finali risultano di birra beverina. Il retrogusto è di decente intensità. Sul tetto della bocca arrivano note di frutta, zuccherino, miele, frutta secca, agrumi e limone.

Bottle with cork under the cap 0,375ltr: Clear amber coloured brew with an well balanced sour taste and very decent Gueuze thats is not to exciting and to boring, just "spot on".

Servido en tulipa aflautada. Color dorado, espuma blanca consistente. Aroma a sidra, levadura, bodega, manzana, toquecito de pera... En boca es dulce y ácida, frutal, refrescante, no excesivamente compleja, postgusto, ligeramente ácido, dulce y agradable.

25cl bottle from eDrinks, Tallinn. Pours clear amber with a small, off-white head. Fruity, funky and refreshing. Quite pleasant.
