OnTap hazy light brown, Persistent tan head. Classic woody dark pitted fruit tart aroma. Rather sharp and acidicflavors. And then the warm woody sour notes come though. Dryer and more aggressive than many Flanders’. Bold and sharp. Rather harsh acidic bite in theback of the throat at the end.

Bottle shared shared at the 10th Annual Epic & Unusual Beer Tasting, 11/29/15. Hazy red, large foamy tan head, good retention. Aroma of tart cherry, balsamic, bourbon, wood, acetone. The taste is tart cherry, vinegar, soy, mustard. Medium bodied, low carbonation, strong lingering tartness. Not their best effort. 11.2K!

Draft pour at the Toronado Seattle, San Diego tasting event. This might be my first non hoppy Green Flash offering. Picked a good one to start with. Warm black cherry, slight balsamic aroma. Intense sour berry, with a dryer, bourbon late finish. One hell of a beer here. Awesome.

Sample at SBWF 2015. Reddish/brown with a small head. Nicely tart with bourbon, cherries, yoghurt and some vinegar. Really refreshing and nicely drinkable. An excellent beer.

Draught @ Cellar 3. Aroma has wood, sweet berry juice and mild balsamico. Flavour is rather acidic with vinegar, red wine and mild berry juice tones. Also rhubarb. Rather aggressive Flanders red.
