Old rating - A 330ml bottle collected from the brewery last spring. Pours a dark brown with a off white foamy head. Aromas & tastes of toffee, berries, sweet malt & smoke. Good medium body. Dry lightly bitter smokey finish. Very enjoyable.

Cask at Akkurat, Stockholm. Clear mahogany colour, small head. Caramelly nose with mild campfire snoke. Mid sweet with medium body and rounded mouthfeel. Caramel and mild smoked ham. Mis bitter finish.

Can. Good smoked aroma, campfire and smoked meat, but not too overwhelming. Clear dark brown colour. Small light brown head. The flavour is smoked and slightly nutty. Late nutty bitterness.

Can @ Øllets Dag 2024, Sønderborg. Pours clear tea amber with airy off-white head. Clear aroma of malt and smoke, with touches of caramel and yeast. Bitter, hoppy and roasty flavour with notes of caramel malt and smoke, and estery touches. Nutty and smoky aftertaste with estery notes. Decent, if a little thin.

16oz pours a clear brown with some white head. Nose has both, malt and smoke and caramel. Flavor has tea and smoke and caramel and malt. Nicely balanced. Easy drinker.

Tap at the Prague Beer Fest 2024. Slightly hazy brown body, off-white head. Smokey aroma, light smoked plum really. More smokey, smoked plum tastes, caramelly slightly, lightly minerally, sweetish, lightly bitter. Well balanced and tasty!

Tap at Prague Beer Festival. Thin body, med-low carbo. Rather dry, medium bitterness, light caramelly sweetness. Moderate beech smoke, very nice, tasty. Easy drinking, quite good overall.
