Aus der Flasche am 2016-07 getrunken. Leichte angenehme Säure und dazu eine sanfte aber schöne Gereidenote. Lecker und erfrischend - ein schönes Sommerbier!

Light gose, might need the recommended smoked salmon to go with it

330ml bottle, accompanying a spicy pizza. Pours clear gold, thin white head. Aroma is salty, coriander. Taste has a very light gose-like sourness, light hints of salt with some lemongrass and coriander. Not bad.

Level 42 Bottleshare. Thanks to Fergus. Clear gold beer, thin white head. Light snd dry palate, decent carbonation. Thin malts. Weird and unpleasant salty solvent. Underneath a trace of floral citrus. Dry finish. Yuck!

Bottle shared on Level 42 15/08/2016. From Beer gonzo. A very pale dull yelow coloured pour with a fine white head. Aroma is lilt pineapple, with raw grain, husks, peach yogurt. Flavour is composed tang. Peach and apricot yogurt, salty, pale grains. Palate is light, grainy, frothy carbonation. Salty finish. Weird beer. Swing and a miss.

Bottle shared in London - many thanks to Fergus. Pours very pale, clear yellow with a frothy, white head. Lots of pale grains in the aroma, some meringue. Light sweet flavour with notes of soap, pale grains, wheat, lemon peel. Light bodied with soft carbonation. Finishes with some chlorophenols, more grains, cleaning agents, wheat, vague lemon. Poor.

Bottle split at Level 42, thanks to Fergus, 16/08/16. Light, leaning to translucent yellow with moderate off white spotting. Nose is light citric, faint floral, sharp green berry, acidic nip, on the turn melon. Taste comprises light apricot, citric shreds, straw, light salt licks, fish food. Medium bodied, fine carbonation, semi drying close. Ok Gose but not one to revisit for this Bois.
