Bottle thanks to Lorna, picked up in Coventry. It pours clear pale gold with a tiny white head. The aroma is earthy, cracker, must, graininess, salted lemon and lime. The taste is crisp, tart, salty, lemon, lime, yoghurt, white wine vinegar, grainy with a short, dry finish. Light body and fine, prickly carbonation. Wishy washy. Pretty underwhelming stuff.

Bottle from Cotteridge Wines; clear yellow pour with a thin white head, aroma has lemon and a hint of salt, taste has lemon, a hint of coconut, coriander, some floral action, briny finish.

Bottle from Appellation Wines Comely Bank. Appearance - clear golden witha thin head. Nose - lemon (presumably lemongrass) and light fresh sweat. Taste - more of the same. Slight lemon and herb lozenge thing in fact. Palate - light to medium bodied with a tangy texture and a long dry tangy finish. Overall - itβs good even if a bit medicinal.

Bottle from Cork & Cask. Clear pale golden body with a thin white head. Steady carbonation. Faint lacing. Aroma of lemongrass and salted cracker. Flavour of lemon, lime and salt. Thin body with a light, fizzy mouthfeel. Clean and delicate. A refreshing, lemony beer thatβs not overly tart and bitter.
