23/10/2019. Cask at the Arboretum, Ipswich. Pours black with a modest beige head. Aroma of chocolate, moderate roasted malt, light berries, coffee and ash. Moderate sweetness and bitterness. Medium body, quite smooth but slightly watery texture, soft carbonation. Quite decent for it's abv.

Tap at the Malt & Hops. Nose is chocolate, coffee, dried fruit. Palate is red grapes, cocoa, chocolate, bread. Bitter finish. Decent stout
