Cask Gravity at GBBF 2017. It pours clear golden with a small white head. The aroma is earthy, musty, sweaty, fart, barnyard, must, old rotten apple and stewed fruits. The taste is crisp, dry, tart, tangy, red apple, dirt, manure, sugary, estery, sherry vinegar, touch of acidity and white grape with a drying finish. Medium body and soft carbonation. I found this a bit harsh and messy. Lacks balance.

330ml bottle from Waulkmill Cider online. Sparkling hazy golden colour, no head and fruity mellow apple aroma. Taste is sweet, juicy apple, with some tartness and alittle funk. Medium bodied, low carbonation, dry tangy finish. Quite drinkable.

Bottle from Appellation Wines. Appearance - golden and hazy. Nose - tart apples with a slightly farmyard note in the background. Taste - tart dry apples. Palate - light bodied with a decidedly sour mouthfeel that runs through into the dry finish. Overall - yeah decent cider. It tastes like it’s actually made from apples.
