Hand-pulled pint into a UK pint sleeve in my local Wetherspoons on 8 Aug 2013. Good looking beer: full on amber with a red hue, on top a deep covering of white foam. The nose was both fruity and floral hops, with a malty undertone. The taste also a mixed bag of flavours, with the malts being stronger on the tongue than in the aroma. The malts give a sweetness that the hops try to prevent and this produces an interesting blend of flavours of dark berries and biscuit notes.
