Pale gold in colour, with a crisp malt edge and sharp bitterness. Plateau has been hopped at different stages of the brew, with a big mix of US & NZ hops to satisfy the discerning drinker.
Full in flavour, zesty, refreshing & low in alcohol, this beer will have you returning to the bar for another.

D Cask at the Sussex Ox. Iโm not sure the beer was looked after correctly as it smelt horrid. The beer really stuck to the mouth with an intense bitterness. The after taste was unpleasant and the whole beer was of a bitter beer flavoured water. Disappointing but may be worth another try somewhere else.

Cask @ Exmouth Arms, Clerkenwell, medium sample. Slight hazy yellow color, short frothy head. Aroma is funky grainy wheat, urinal cake, lemon. Bit nasty bitterness in taste, lemon, funky. Too weird for me, couldnt finish the pint.

A bit hazy yellow color, small white head, lace. Aroma has diacetyl, riped fruits and orange. Light to medium-bodied. Riped fruits and citrus. Very watery.

On cask @ The Snowdrop, Lewes. Smooth fresh malty floral beginning. Easy to drink, fresh with lots of settled hops. Easy to drink, round and fruity. Lots of fresh smooth hops. Great slightly malty stuff.

Gravity cask at the St Neots โBooze on the Ouseโ Beer Festival 2016. Light to mid-gold, clear, with a small amount of loose white head. Sharp tropical fruit citrus smell mixes with a bit of musty hop, ammonia and sulphur. Taste is punchy and bitter with a sweet fruity note rounding it off before the final dry bitter aftertaste. Not overly keen but itโs OK.
