Bottle@Tuulensuu, Tampere. Hazy orangeish golden colour with a mediumsized white foamy head. Aroma is gringer, some citrus, yeast and mild herbal tones. Flavour is lemongrass, citrus, some yeast, mild ginger and some tartish wooden elements. Not sure if intended or not, but this experiment wasn't that good as for drinkability.

33cl bottle. Pours dark gold, fairly hazy, with fine white foam. Aroma is orange peel, coriander, honey. Body is average, with good carbonation. Taste is medium bitter, with an average final.

bottiglia 33 cl, schiuma bianca media grana evanescente, colore arancio torbido, al naso agrumi lieviti pepe, in bocca spezie e agrumi, corpo leggero, carbonazione moderata, amaro moderato. Bottled 330ml. from Eataly Genova. Unclear darker golden coloured, medium to big off-white head, malty and light spicy nose. Sweet malty, light caramel, some spices and mild citrus with bitter herbal finish. Nothing special here.

Bottle at bread in, rome just before heading to rhe stadium to watch roma beat cagliari.. Flavor is spicy flowery belgian yeast beer. Quite dry and sweet , but very tasty nobetheless.

Aroma is orange coriander carrot cake dusty malt yeast malt citrussy stuff. Taste is sweet and full bodied orange peel bitterness. Oily maybe resinous. Juicy. Tart. Not bad.

Sentori di speziato vanno a dare soddisfazione al naso. L'intensità olfattiva è normale e la costanza olfattiva è sufficiente. Il mantello birroso superiore è caratterizzato da una schiuma che resiste poco. La grandezza delle bollicine è media. Il liquido è di aspetto velato. Poche bollicine fini costituiscono la forma della frizzantezza. Il colore è ambrato. Il corpo è articolato. L'amaro è pronunciato. L'intensità gustativa è elevata. La continuità gustativa è buona. Il gusto è piacevole. L'aroma in bocca porta sentori di miele, spezie, zenzero, frutta secca, resina e pepe.

Bottle shared at Leightons place, 19/01/2017. Many thanks to Matteo for this one. A clear golden orange coloured pour with a lasting fine white head. Aroma is spicy saison yeast, light grape, lemon, straw. Flavour is composed of semi crisp, lemon rind, wheaty grains, nice saison yeast, grape. Palate is fine carbonation, spritzy carbonation, frothy, . Good classic saison yeast.
