Thank to Lorenzo Dabove for sharing this bottle. Strong buttery aroma and flavor. Caramel and hops. Just a hint of sourness. Lychee fruit. This is not a standard bock beer by any means.

Pours an almost transparent nice amber colour, with a creamy and quite dense white head that shows good retention and excellent lacing. Very nice aroma shows caramel malts and honey plus slight fruity hints (in the likes of citrus jam i would say, with orange most prominent). Hops add a delicate flowery touch and bright fresh grass notes. As mentioned, very nice and clean/defined, though not too intense. Taste follows the aroma. Sweet caramel malts base with a hint of earthiness, quite distinct honey, slight jammy/citric notes. A refreshing grassy, semi-dry finish with some flowery notes. A tad more intensity would've made this a full 10, However, this is very much perfect. Great bitter/sweet balance with none standing out. Finishes slightly on the bitter side and dry enough to make you longing for another sip. All taste notes are clean, distinct and perfectly integrated. Light to medium bodied, probably a bit on the light side for the style, with average carbonation, resulting in a semi-soft, quite easy mouthfeel. Of course this is far more hopped than your classic german bock, but it preserves the style's great drinkability and notes, while adding a very interesting edge to it. Plus, it's seriously well made.

Pint at Ruzavunol in Valencia. Slightly hazy, slightly bubbly amber beer with a thick, lively white head. L8ght, smoky malt aroma. Taste is sweet and fruit with just a hint of the smoky, almost meaty flavours you'd expect from a Bock. A balanced, malty aftertaste. This isn't the big hitter that many bocks are but that kind of suits me.
