750ml bottle. As Cloudwater Spring Summer 2016 - Saison. Bier Huis, Ossett. Hazy gold. Thin, lasting, lacy, white head. Nose is bready and yeasty. Notes of chamomile, ginger, and coriander, according to the missus, (and who am I to argue?). Taste is sweet, with a light, hop bitterness. Soft, foamy mouthfeel. Medium bodied. Light sweet finish, with that hop bitterness evening things up well.

Keg @ Piccadilly Tap, Manchester. Hazy amber-yellow with a thick head. Thereโs a good fruitiness and smoothness in its texture and it slips down the palate with ease. Has pineapple flavours.

Keg at Tilt Brum; hazy amber pour with a creamy white head, aroma has citrus and spice, taste has light spice, zesty lemon, some yeast and funk.

Keg at the Brewdog AGM, 2016. Pours cloudy golden with a thin white head. Aromas of classic saison, bready, spicy. Taste has dough, more earthy spice. Clean finish. Good.

Keg at BD AGM. It pours cloudy gold with a decent white head. The aroma is bready, spicy, cereal, dull banana, candy and sugar mice. The taste is crisp, bitter, minerals, cereal, spicy, hay, banana, bread with a dry finish. Medium body and average carbonation. Not bad.
