Bottle. Amazing taste. Maybe tomato juice (!), very fruity though, super tropical. Mango, bit also something weird. Like it surprisingly. Great stuff. Brett. Lovely

Not the first beer of the day, but the first of ten 0.75 litre Cloudwater beers between four of us in Chez Sophie, Shrewsbury on 22nd Feb 2017. Don’t ask how I got up the following day! Golden pour with a wispy white head. The nose was a strange combination of light yeast aromas and white wine like esters. Taste has more malt than the nose suggested but that was balanced by a mild citrusy/spicy/yeasty/white wine blend of flavours that married together very nicely to give a pleasant and easy start to our marathon.

75cl bottle @ monthly tasting, Chez sophie. Pours a lightly misty gold, thin white head. Aroma has a pleasantly sweet white wine influence with some hard to pin down wild yeast. Taste builds on this wonderfully, some white gooseberry, white grape, smooth creamy guernsey vanilla yoghurt from Marks & Spencer. Lovely stuff.
