Intense nose, bursting, almost aggressive, with a clear ripe fruity peach, white walnut, gooseberry and lychee almost to cover a delicate spiciness. In the mouth the taste is refreshing thanks to the light body and the absence of residual sugars. Dry, sharp and prolonged finish.

Lattina. Territorio olfattivo dominato dallo speziato. La finezza olfattiva è elevata e la maniera in cui permane è apprezzabile. Il manto birroso superiore resiste abbastanza. La grandezza delle bollicine è medio-fine. Il liquido appare velato. Il colore è giallo dorato brillante. Il corpo è strutturato. L'amaro è deciso. La forza gustativa è elevata e la durata è buona. Il gusto è piacevole. Le sensazioni boccali finali risultano di amaro. Il retrogusto è intenso. In bocca l'aroma è quello di miele, crosta di pane, amaretto, frutta secca, luppolo, resina, agrumi, pompelmo, arancia amara, spezie e pepe nero.

Bottled. Hazy yellowish golden colour with a mediumsized white head. Aroma is grapefruits, some herbs, earth and mild yeasty notes. Flavour is grass, some caramel, zest and mild earty and mild herbal notes. Some mild bretty and funky tones as well once it warms up a slight bit.

Draught at Beer Witch: pours misty orange with a white head. Aroma is yeasty and citrusy. Taste is zesty, citrusy, yeasty. Refreshing. Dry finish. Nice.

330 cL bottle from Woodman's Kenosha, 11/16/20. Hazy orange, thin foamy white head, good retention. Aroma of orange, lemon, a bit of funk. Taste is orange, grapefruit, spice, pale malt. Medium bodied, dry. A bit stale. Solid.

A nice beer. The zest is mild. The beer is a good mildly funky saison underneath. Clean and full bodied, a bit sweet. Not the best in the world as on here. I would like more yeasty bubblegum phenols. Beershow Milano

Gezapft im Open Baladin in Rome. Trübes Gelb-Orange, viel Schaum, der schnell veschwindet. Malzaroma, Röstmalz, Frucht, Zitrone, Orange Geschmack: Recht süß, aber auch Grapefruitgeschmack. Weizen. Etwas Erdig. Moderat Bitter. Gut und balanciert.
