Compact, jagged, white and persistent foam. Golden with green "vibrations".
Intense nose, bursting, almost aggressive, with a clear ripe fruity peach, white walnut, gooseberry and lychee almost to cover a delicate spiciness. In the mouth the taste is refreshing thanks to the light body and the absence of residual sugars. Dry, sharp and prolonged finish.

Bottle at GBBF 2011, Day 1, shared with Ken and Paul. Pours hazy yellow with a ghostly, white head. Big spice nose, some light doughy malts. Sweet flavor, light pepper, some grass, mild lemon. Light to medium in body with average carbonation. Major grassy finish, mild earth, rindy citrus. Very fucking good. I liked it a lot. Way to go, Extraomnes.

Bottle at GBBF 2011. It pours hazy straw yellow, with a thick, foamy white head. The nose is pear, melon, lemon, yeast, hay and grass. The taste is tangerine, orange, apricot, mango, sweet malt, grass, hay, yeast and cereal, with a dry finish. Medium body and average carbonation. A decent, fruity Belgian-style ale.

Draft at Bir&Fud courtesy of Manuele - thanks! Cloudy yellow color, massive white head. Aroma of baker’s yeast and limoncello. Taste has tons of malt, but good balance. Amazing for a 5% beer.
